- To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.
- To ensure that my entire staff conducts themselves in a professional manner and in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.
- To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.

Nathan Grubb, 02/14/2025Great service, Friendly staff, an all-around outstanding company! Had electrical problems on one of our salt trucks overnight. We needed this truck ready to go for another upcoming winter storm. Not only did they get our truck in immediately, but they also got the problem diagnosed, resolved and the truck back on the road. Will be taking more of our trucks here in the future.
